The tallest building in Turkmenistan at 107 metres, rising in the foothills of the Köpetdag on the outskirts of Ashgabat. The building is shaped like a sparkling diamond, and the upper floors offer the finest panoramic view over the white city. The 2,500-square-metre spa centre offers a hammam, sauna, a Laconium steam room and a snow shower — one of the largest spa complexes in the country. The restaurant on the 18th floor provides a panoramic view of the capital during dinner.
